feat(backend): multilingual companion_type, restrict madhhab choices, and fix orphan bookmarks
- hadis: convert companion_type to multilingual JSONField with localized serialization
- hadis: restrict MadhhabChoices to SHIA and SUNNI with default SHIA
- bookmark: filter out orphan/phantom bookmarks and deactivate inactive content bookmarks
