Introduced `CourseChapter` model as the new grouping layer 2 endpoints (`/v2/.../lessons/`): Introduced new `LessonListV2APIView` and `CourseChapterSerializer` to return the new nested JSON schema (Chapters -> Lessons) for the upcoming accordion UI.
